We are currently looking for technicians with a variety of experience levels – from the very experienced, to no experience but with desire and mechanical aptitude. We will train and mentor you. You will install traditional, ductless, VRF, and Mini-split systems in new construction and retrofit projects. Our business is 100% commercial so all work will be done in commercial buildings and on commercial construction sites. If you are inexperienced with ductless, VRF or mini-split systems….we will train you. Employee career development is a priority and is one of our core beliefs. Every technical employee receives the benefit of factory training and certifications from partners like PG&E, Day and Night, LG, American Standard, York, Fujitsu, Daikin and other leading manufacturers. Trainings are regularly held at our onsite classroom and offsite at manufacturer’s and other training facilities.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED- Required
- Accredited trade school or community college degree – Optional
MUST HAVE
- Positive attitude and strong communications skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Organized
